cushions

I made these cushions for my benches and chairs before I started blogging but I had to wash them today and thought I would share them. After washing them they are thicker. I don't quite get it but I really like it. I love the peek of my polka dot dresser.
I made my bench covers opposite of the chair covers. They are reversable if I want but I like it with the red being on the benches and more of it showing. Then I used the opposite fabric as the binding. I really like how they turned out.
I didn't use a pattern I just made it up and it thankfully worked. I put two pieces of batting under the top fabric and quilted it and then put two pieces of batting with the bottom fabric and then quilted. Then I sewed them together and put the binding on. The chairs and benches are very hard therefore I wanted some padding. I got it!:)
I love it when things work out!! Have a great day!!

was hoping to start my own blog in the near future.

Anyhow, if you have any recommendations or techniques for new blog owners please share.
I know this is off subject but I just needed to ask. Thank you!
