curtains to match

I had to make curtains to match my new quilt and this is what I came up with.
I just used scraps of what I had left over from my quilt and sewed a strip together. Then I had 1/2 yard left of one fabric and cut 1" strips for a binding affect. I used this look last time I made curtains. But I figure I liked them so why not just change a few things around. If it's not broke don't fix it right?:)

Here is a closer look because it's fairly gloomy out so it makes for bad picture taking. Have a great weekend! And thanks for stopping by.

  1. Love your curtains. That's one of my favorite fabrics. I made three quilts out of it.

  2. I love your curtains! This is a perfect post bc I still need to hang curtains in my kitchen window and laundry room. How did you do the top of the curtains? I don't remember how I stumbled upon your blog, but I've enjoyed reading it!

  15. I LOVE the curtains! This may be the inspiration that I needed to do something with the huge white shower curtain that's drably hanging in our bathroom. Thanks!

  16. By the way... it may say that Barry O'Connor left the above comment as well as this one, but I assure you my husband is not reading quilting blogs. I'm just having trouble signing out of his google account. Sorry!

available that in detail, thus that thing is maintained over here.
