my issue with my machine was a tention issue and it is completely fine now. it's like seeing and old friend that you haven't seen for awhile. you just want to send as much time as you can with them. sad i know but i haven't really quilted for a month and a half almost two months. that's a lifetime for someone like me! :) so i was able to finish my friend's baby quilt.
the stippling went great!!! when you haven't done it for awhile it seems strange at first. then you pick it right up again.
the binding is a GREAT stripe! i just LOVE it!!
these are fabrics that she already used (i added a few) but she already had the basic color scheme. she loved it! i think today i'm going to work on making some totes for some teachers. i'm just so happy to have the day off that i can do some sewing. have a FABULOUS day!!!
i can not imagine being without the machine for that long. this quilt is beautiful....the colors are perfect

How wonderful you have your machine back. I can totally sympathize with you. The quilt is so pretty and reminds me of pink lemonade.

ReplyDeleteWoo hoo! I'm glad to hear that your machine is back to it's happy, working self. Fun baby quilt! I love the bright colors. :)
ReplyDeleteLove your blog. Please check your spelling. It is tension, not tention. Poor spelling makes you look dumb. You are better than that.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute quilt! Love the fabric and the pattern:)
