this is the only quilt i finished this month. my in-laws can take this to my niece and then i won't have to ship it which is nice. the fold mark is bugging me but oh well. you get the jist. :)
the back is fun to me. that stripe is in the middle. this will fit a twin size bed. my mother in-law said that this should match the room REALLY well and that lilly should like it. hope so!! it was very fun working with pinks and greens. hope you have a great day!! :)
It looks lovely, and so girly!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful quilt. I, too, think your stippling/meandering is great. Quilting really does make the quilt, doesn't it?
ReplyDeleteYour colors remind me to think about using pinks and greens for a baby quilt for a little girl newborn.
So sweet, Heather, I'm sure it will be loved!
ReplyDeleteLOVE. IT!
ReplyDeletehow nice to save shipping charges. incentive to finish, for sure. :)

ReplyDeleteHi. This is so lovely! I love the effect of the stippling! Do you prewash to get that pucker?? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteLucky ducky of your niece. She'll love it.
ReplyDeleteWe are soo lucky to have such a great aunte and sister-in law who is so talented! This quilt is slept under every night. Tonite is 2 above in Ohio. Now that Lil has her own room, the room had to be repainted to match the quilt! Thanks again.
