giveaway

i went to the fabric shack today and i picked up a few christmas fat quarters for a giveaway! if you are interested please leave me a comment and tell me what you are working on right now. any christmas projects?????
here are a few of my favorites. i LOVE the top right corner. LOVE the little pig! i also like the vintage campers. it should be a GREAT bag.
one of my sister-in-laws likes tea cups so i'm going to do something with this for her. she just had a tea party for her new daughter-in-law. i just LOVE the fabric shack!!!! i'll show some of my other finds later. it's overcast and hard to get a good picture. have a great day!!!

    I am in the middle of what feels like a million projects right now, we will see what actually gets completed!! Some are Christmas projects, others are for all my pregnant friends. (Really something is in the water-that somehow I am not getting, but EVERYONE else is!!) Lots of fun, but really busy! I would love to get the Christmas projects done in time for this Christmas...but we will see!!

  22. I'm working on two sets of projects: 1) hopefully done before thanksgiving -- stuff for craft sale in Oak Park, IL (few more aprons and purses left to do); 2) quilts for xmas gifts (hopefully able to do over thanksgiving). Thanks for the giveaway and glad your machine's back!

  37. I'm making small 3" x 3" quilted pieces that I'll tie on packages . . . with a loop hanger on top so they could be used as a tree ornament if anyone wished.

    it is the red and white tree on the right hand side. I have already made 2 - 1 red and white for DS and DIL and 1 purple and white for DD and SIL. Now I am making 1 cream background with red, gold and green baubles.

  43. Very Cute fabrics!! I have completed my Christmas stuff (unless I can't resist to do more and that is hard, because it is my favorite). I am working on Hoopsisters-Crazy Compass quilt. It is a block of the month quilt and I found myself 4 months behind (because I was doing Christmas). I'm now only 1 month behind and should be caught up by the end of the week.   54. I love the campers fabric! My family is a BIG camping family! We camp year round :)...I am having to make a tea wallet for my sister-in-laws birthday thursday... because I'm a umm...hmmm... procrastinator <---- in the quietest voice. And also I'm working on a quilt for my son, he's in a cowboy stage so I'm using Alexander Henry fabrics, a quilt for my sister-in-law, a quilt for my brother-in-law, a quilt for my mom, a quilt for my mother-in-law, a quilt for my father-in-law, and finally I'm making an embroidery color wheel... supposed to be done with Amy over at Park City Girl but like I said before I'm a ummm.... pro..crastinater... so anyway I love all the fabrics..   56. Well I am working or will be working on lots of stuff for christmas. Some of them include quilted tea cup hangings for my mom's dinning room, a abstact wall hanging for one of my room mates and a knitting needle case for my other room mate. That is not including the 3 quilts I have going right now and countless other projects that I have on the back burner. Gah...I wish I had more time!!!

  85. Congratulations on getting back up and running. I am feeling your pain at the loss of my sewing machine as I just had to send it out and they estimate mid Dec for its return!!! Good thing I have my old one to play with.
